To compete, all participants must submit:
-Individual/ Team contact information (Submission Form)
-Signed Statement of Assurances & Academic Integrity & Media Release PDF for each participant
-$20.00 per participant and paid entry Order # or Group order code $ (see group leader for group participant registration for your code, emailed after registration with content password)
In addition, you will create required collateral/ deliverables for your "Client" of choice including:
-Individual/ Team contact information (Submission Form)
-Signed Statement of Assurances & Academic Integrity & Media Release PDF for each participant

In addition, you will create required collateral/ deliverables for your "Client" of choice including:
- A campaign theme
- A campaign logo
- Completed slide-deck client presentation (template & resources provided)
- >15 minute persuasive pitch recording of your/your team’s campaign slide deck
- Marketing and social media campaign branding board (PDF & screenshot in presentation-Template provided)
- 11x 17 campaign poster (PDF & screenshot in presentation-Template provided)
- Tri-fold brochure (PDF & screenshot in presentation)
- 12 month social media campaign including creative image or video posts for one or more of the required social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram)(Showcasing 1 post per month minimum)
- 1 minute client commercial/ public service announcement (MP4 /.MOV)
- 15-30 second Instagram 'Reels' video to increase engagement.
- At least 1 custom required promotional item for the campaign to use at in-person recruitment events & cost (embedded in presentation)
- 1 custom piece of apparel for staff to wear when promoting product/ service at marketing opportunities in public. (embedded in presentation)
- **(New in 23-24)A sweepstakes, incentive or contest to promote the clients product or service. (embedded in presentation)

24-25 Judging Rubric/ Criteria
- Team Introduction & Current Brand Summary & Analysis (5% of score)
- Target Market, Customer(10% of score)
- Creative Campaign Theme, Logo & Slogan (10% of score)
- New Campaign Branding Board (10% of score)
- Unique 11 X 17 Poster & Trifold Brochure(5% of score)
- 12 Months Social Media Campaign Posts & Projected Engagement (minimum 1 platform) (20% of score)
- Campaign Promotional Item/Apparel/Sweepstakes (Minimum 1 design & cost budget) (10% of score)
- Presentation: PDF Persuasive Slide Deck & 15 minute or less MP4 MP5 / Recorded Video of Presentation. (20% Score)
- Advertising: 1 minute commercial & >30 second Reels (10% of Score)
