Foundation4Innovation is a subsidiary of The Harry Singer Foundation and is a local Santa Cruz and Monterey County 501C3 organization designed to support education to prepare participants for their innovations and start-up projects. The challenges allow participants to receive industry feedback on their innovations and prepare them for taking their dreams to the next level. 

No matter what Career Technical Education (CTE) pathway or Industry participants may be involved in, the end game is always going to be to meet a need, sell the idea and secure seed money to start the adventure. That's where F4i can help. Our foundation offers students, educators and adults in the local county area an opportunity to showcase their innovations through a series of local and accessible challenges. These challenges culminate into a year long "learn by doing" concept that ultimately prepares participants to launch their dreams.

Foundation4innovation offers packages to implement Alternative Forms of Leadership (Perkins V) alignment for schools and districts, community colleges and trade schools, that allow ALL CTE courses, instructors and Districts to meet and exceed the requirements, within your own community
