At Foundation4Innovation, we are committed to protecting the privacy and rights of all students participating in our programs. To ensure compliance with FERPA and COPPA privacy standards, all participants are required to submit a
Media Release Form.
(signed by a parent/guardian for minors)
Entries Will NOT Be Accepted
Without the completion of this form to safeguard student privacy and ensure that media is shared with proper consent.

1-10 First Place ePortfolios: $250.00
2-10 Second Place ePortfolios: $150.00
2-10 Third Place ePortfolios: $100.00
​All students will enter in C2e2, an ePortfolio evaluation competition. Your student ePortfolios and artifacts as well as your student resumes, and recorded MOC™ interview will ​be evaluated by education and industry professionals.

Step 1. Teachers and Coordinators must sign the F4i NDA, and send to [email protected]

Step 2. Make a copy of the spreadsheet student roster below for each of a teachers participating CTE classes and send to [email protected]

Step 3. Download the media release form for student, and parent/guardian signatures in order to compete within the C2e2 Competition.
