Protecting Student Privacy
At Foundation4Innovation, we are committed to protecting the privacy and rights of all students participating in our programs. To ensure compliance with FERPA and COPPA privacy standards, all participants are required to submit a Media Release Form. (signed by a parent/guardian for minors) |
Entries Will NOT Be Accepted
Without the completion of this form to safeguard student privacy and ensure that media is shared with proper consent. Thank you to all students, parents, teachers, and administrators for helping us maintain these privacy practices. We appreciate your cooperation and commitment to protecting our students. |

All students will enter in C2e2, an ePortfolio evaluation competition. Your student ePortfolios and artifacts as well as your student resumes, and recorded MOC™ interview will be evaluated by education and industry professionals.
